Why the Groove House Exists
The music world moves fast. Deadlines, algorithms, expectations — they leave little space for silence or soul.
The Groove House was created as a counterweight. A sanctuary for artists to remember what real creation feels like — free from pressure, competition, or noise.
Here, time slows down. Songs breathe again. It’s a place built for presence — for the kind of listening that turns sound into connection. Because when musicians reconnect with that space inside, the music that follows isn’t just heard — it’s felt.
Where It Comes From
I built The Groove House because it felt like home.
I grew up in a small town in Uruguay. My dad built our house from what used to be a pigsty, and over time it became a refuge — a space where musicians, artists, and philosophers gathered during the dictatorship.
As a kid, I didn’t understand much of what was going on, but I could feel it — the connection, the freedom, the flow.
That spirit shaped this place. The Groove House was born to carry it forward: a space to step away from the noise, reconnect face-to-face, and let music unfold without pressure.
It took years, mistakes, and persistence to get here. But now it feels like what it was always meant to be — a quiet reset.
